The McLean County Chamber of Commerce was awarded the Outstanding Chamber of the Year Award, provided by the Illinois Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, at the 2017 IACCE Fall Conference on Thursday, November 2nd in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The Outstanding Chamber of the Year Award which began in 2014 recognizes organization excellence in chambers of commerce and provides a unique benchmarking opportunity to assess a chamber’s strengths. The award is based on the US Chamber of Commerce accreditation process for local chambers and highlights accomplishments in the areas of leadership/governance, finance, advocacy and membership development.

The McLean County Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization that serves over 1,000 businesses and organizations in McLean County and the surrounding area. The Chamber is comprised of a full-time staff of nine and a Board of Directors including 18 volunteers from a wide range of diverse businesses across the county that are passionate and dedicated to serving the business community and helping membership thrive.
