The Employer's Coalition for Healthcare, Incorporated (ECHI) is a powerful group of businesses who have joined together to ensure that when it comes to employee benefits--businesses of all sizes have choice and solutions.

The unique coalition formed in 1994, when local business owners came together to address the mutual need for affordable healthcare benefits. These professionals looked to the McLean County Chamber of Commerce, whose support enabled the group to thrive in our community.

ECHI now has a membership of more than 300 local CEOs and offers small-and-medium-sized businesses the negotiating power, benefits, and protection typically only available to large corporations. There is great strength in numbers!
