The Employee Development Unlimited Conference is a team effort between the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and the Central Illinois Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (CIC-ASTD). This full day event explores approaches to promoting employee learning, while providing specific learning opportunities for both supervisors and staff.


At the Chamber, we know that many businesses face hard choices in ensuring their employees' continued professional development; therefore, the concept of a one-day EDUCate Conference was developed.


The theme for the 2010 EDUCate Conference, to be held October 26 at the ISU Alumni Center in Normal, is:


“Learning and Leading: A Path to Personal and Organizational Growth.”


The conference features two dynamic, high-level keynote speakers: Tony Bingham, CEO of ASTD National, and Dan Kelley, Chairman of GROWMARK, who will focus on this theme and help move you in a positive direction.

Cost is $25.00 for Chamber members and members of CIC-ASTD and $35.00 for non-members (price includes lunch).
