Focus Areas

  • International Process and Governance: The Chamber staff and board will focus on implementing innovative, efficient and effective processes, procedures and policies to administer chamber plans and goals.
  • Membership Relationships: The Chamber staff and board will focus on identifying and understanding our membership's needs and goals; effectively and efficiently communicate with our members; and consistently deliver valuable service to our members to better engage our members and their needs.
  • Strategic Organization Development: The Chamber staff and board will focus on the development of the knowledge, skills and resources needed to meet the emerging needs and issues affecting our members today and in the future; as well as to provide financial stability and sustainability for the organization.
