Apply Now: Leadership McLean County Class of 2027

You’re building a career, but what about building your community? Leadership McLean County is a nine-month program that blends professional development with real connections, giving you a deeper understanding of the place you live and work.

Classes take place every other Friday from September through April covering a variety of topics & skill development, both in the classroom and through “hands-on” experiences. Class members also participate on a  "Community Impact Project" team to create implementable solutions to a community issue.
