We Care Twin Cities Races Benefit New Local Non-Profit The We Care Twin Cities races and Fleet Feet Sports Bloomington announce a new collaboration with charity partner, The Baby Fold. The races, which will benefit the local non-profit, will take place September 23-24, 2016. Race director Dan Anderson says of working with The Baby Fold, "We wanted to partner with a local non-profit organization so that we could help make a positive impact on our community." The We Care Twin Cities races offer something for everyone. The half marathon is the perfect event to challenge yourself to cover 13.1 scenic miles in Bloomington-Normal. For those that are looking for a shorter distance to race, the 5K and 10K are great options. Even the kids can get in on the fun during Friday night's kids' run. For runners for which one race just isn't enough, there is the option of one of the challenges which combines the 5K with the 10K or the half marathon. Registration is now open for this year's races, and non-profit partners and sponsors at all levels are being sought. The Baby Fold is a multi-service non-profit agency serving children and families in Illinois. The Baby Fold serves over 1000 clients annually with 285 employees working in four locations.
