Celebrating Cinco de Mayo

Forget the greasy, soggy nachos. This May the 5th enjoy the true fresh flavors of this traditional Mexican celebration. Learn a bit of culture and history in this tasting class as you explore authentic recipes. On the menu for our feast: avocado black bean quesadillas, fresh watermelon guacamole and homemade tortilla chips. For dessert, enjoy traditional Mexican chocolate milkshakes and churros. Learn the techniques and take home the recipes to create these festive treats just in time for your own Cinco de Mayo get-together.
