PIVOT, a virtual speed networking event, gives Chamber members the opportunity to connect and grow their network in a safe, socially distanced way. Each attendee will have the opportunity to engage in approximately 4 rounds of speed networking. Each round will give participants the opportunity to interact with 3-4 people via a smaller breakout room.
Due to time constraints, not every attendee will be able to interact with everyone in attendance. After the event, a complete list of contact information will be shared with all who attended. If you would not like your information shared, please let us know by emailing Mitch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Requirements for participants to fully engage with the session:
- Open to current McLean County Chamber of Commerce Members
- Participants must be able to access the Zoom Platform from an electronic device
- Participants must be able to utilize microphone/audio capabilities on a computer or device as you will be talking to other participants in real-time
- Participants must utilize video capabilities in order to effectively engage with other participants in real-time

You've got job openings, and we want to help you fill them.
We're connecting local employers looking for workers with potential employees looking for work. The McLean County Chamber Commerce is proud to help address the current workforce issues with our Walk-Up Job Fair. Join other local businesses in the Eastland Mall Parking Lot on September 21, 2021, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
A limited number of booths are available. First come, first served. Booths will be placed as you sign up so, the sooner you register, the better your booth space. Participants are encouraged to bring their own tent (with weights), company branding, applications and encouraged to interview on-site.
If you are planning on conducting interviews on-site, we recommend reserving a second table and set of chairs. That is available in the Interview Add-On Package for just $25.

The Leaders of Distinction Awards features the McLean County Chamber of Commerce ATHENA Leadership Award® and Pantagraph Media's Twenty Under Forty and will be held on Thursday, September 30 at The Castle Theatre. The event will begin with a reception at 5:00PM prior to the awards program from 6:15PM to 6:45PM.
Each ticket includes entry to the cocktail reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres and a hosted bar.
The McLean County Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Council invites you to nominate a candidate for the 2021 Agriculture Awards. Winners will be recognized at the 2021 Agriculture Awards Dinner to be held on November 18, 2021.
Award Category Description
The Outstanding Conservationist Award
Recognizes a person who has helped to advance the knowledge and practice of soil and water conservation. This award is considered by the McLean County Soil and Water Conservation District.
The Emerging Leader in Agriculture Award
Recognizes a young professional, high school, or college student engaged in non-production agriculture who has served to improve agriculture through civic and community activities. This award is considered by the Ag Council.
The Outstanding Person in Agribusiness Award
Recognizes a business person who has served to improve agriculture through civic and community activities. This award is considered by the Ag Council.
The Outstanding Service to Agriculture Award
Recognizes an individual from the McLean County area for contributions to the cause of agriculture in our community. This award is considered by the Ag Council.
The Outstanding Young Farmer Award
Recognizes a young farmer 40 and under who has been actively involved in civic and community affairs in an effort to promote and improve agriculture. This award is considered by the McLean County Farm Bureau.
The McLean County Farmer of the Year Award
Recognizes a farmer who has been actively involved in civic and community affairs in an effort to promote and improve agriculture. This award is considered by the McLean County Farm Bureau.
