It’s a given that business was anything but usual over the past year, and the rally cry to get “back to normal” has been loud and clear. Is “normal” enough, however, especially when perspectives have changed about many things, including work? Before the pandemic, employee engagement numbers were already dismal, and now filling open positions has also become a threat to business success and survival. This interactive session will focus on how to get your business “back to better” by understanding and leveraging three key elements of a successful employer brand that will improve employee recruitment, retention, and engagement; and, in turn, enhance your business success.
The session will be conducted via Zoom and then lived streamed to the "Chamber Chat" Facebook Closed Group.
Registration is required to be part of the Zoom conversation.
