Having great service is expected, what today's customers want is an experience. In this workshop, you will learn the basic principles and practices of delivering a world-class experience as well as steps to take when things go wrong.  

 

The key to a great customer experience is to move beyond communication and truly connect with your customers. You will learn connection strategies to earn long-term customers and move from  a transaction based mindset to relationship based mindset.
