Progress is not born without collaboration. While the future of McLean County is bright, we need everyone's dedication in building it and igniting the pathway towards success. Held at Rivian Automotive, BN Beyond is a special event hosted by the McLean County Chamber of Commerce as a part of our partnership with BN Advantage.
This unique, one-time event celebrates our community accomplishments of today, features a special presentation on the eight universal influences affecting commerce in McLean County over the next decade, and how we can prepare for the future through collaboration in alignment with the BN Advantage. Attendees will also be served lunch provided by Hy-Vee.

Mick Fleming, President of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), will serve as the keynote presenter on the Horizon Initiative: Chambers 2025 which looks at the future of chambers, the communities they serve, and how with collaboration they can continue to lead the charge towards a bright, progressive future.
About Mick Fleming
As ACCE President, Mick Fleming serves the needs of 1,400 chambers of commerce and related organizations. His 24-person staff provides information, professional development, certification, employee benefits plans, consulting and networking opportunities for community leaders throughout the United States and Canada.
In his early career, he was a teacher, football coach and publisher of weekly newspapers. He has also served on university boards, arts councils, charitable institutions, professional societies, workforce entities and dozens of other volunteer leadership positions. He is currently a vice chairman of the World Chambers Federation, as well as a member of the board of the Community Growth Educational Foundation.
He has authored a book about effective grassroots lobbying techniques, as well as dozens of articles and white papers on topics ranging from the rules of civic engagement, to the economics of industrial regions, to business travel. His most recent publication, The Horizon Initiative, Chambers 2025 went viral in 2015.
