Becoming BN is a workforce development program organized by COMPACT, a subsidiary of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. Our goal is to grow our local talent pipeline by creating a community that allows interns, young professionals, and college students to connect with one another and provide exceptional experiences that allow them to view Bloomington-Normal as their home.
2023 Program:
- Becoming BN will run from June - July of 2023
- Our first event is on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall
- FREE to participate
- The goal of the program is to introduce participants to our thriving community and providing them
opportunities to network with not only their peers but also community and business leaders.
