TIMELINE
- 8:00 am: Golfer Slapshot Social, Driving Range & Putting Green Open, and Bag Drop Check-In Opens
- 9:30 am: Announcements
- 10:00 am: Shooter McGavin Shotgun Start & Tee-Off
- 4:00 pm: Golfer Cocktail Hour, Awards, & Networking
CHECK-IN
- When you arrive at Den at Fox Creek Golf Course, a volunteer will greet you at the entrance to direct you where to drop off your clubs.
- Only one person from your foursome and/or company needs to check in to collect your group's play books, drink tickets, etc.
PUTTING & DRIVING CONTESTS
- When you arrive in the morning, be sure to visit the putting green for a contest sponsored by IAA Credit Union & Bloomington Bison and the driving range sponsored by Corn Belt Energy for a chance to win fantastic prizes!

GAMES
- Mulligans, strings and pink tees are available for sale in the packages listed on the game rules sheet. They can be purchased at the outing upon check-in.
- 50/50 raffle tickets are available for sale at $5 each or an arm length for $20. They can be purchased at the outing upon check-in or at the Chamber tent on hole #10.
FOOD/DRINKS
- Breakfast from Great Harvest Bread Co. and coffee from Crafted is sponsored by the Employers’ Coalition for Healthcare, Inc. (ECHI).
- All golfers will receive a bagged lunch sponsored by Moe’s Southwest Grill.
- Each golfer will receive 2 drink tickets to purchase beverages. A drink ticket can be used for beer, soda, or water. 2 drink tickets can be used for a premium beer.
- Appetizers provided by Hy-Vee and Jersey Mike’s and beverages provided by the Den will be served at the cocktail hour following the outing. The cocktail hour is sponsored by PNC Bank.
